Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to assist the Branch Manager in their busy Bournemouth Travel office.
As a Retail Assistant Branch Manager you will lead by example, assisting the Manager with coaching and developing staff to ensure high standards of customer service and sales are achieved. To be passionate about every customer sourcing their perfect holiday, using your knowledge and experiences to advise on an extensive range of holidays from holiday packages to tailor-made experiences as well as ancillary of Insurance products to achieve personal and team sales.
Key Skills and Responsibilities –
- Previous experience in management within travel
- Excellent influencing skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Proven sales experience
- Motivating the team to achieve sales targets as well as achieving personal targets
- Excellent travel product knowledge
