Go Recruits are currently seeking an Insurance Consultant to join a friendly office in Bournemouth. Your role will be based in the Personal Lines department where you will be assisting new and existing customers with their home and motor insurance policies. As this role is heavily customer focused, it is vital you have experience in customer service and sales.
Insurance Consultant’s Key Responsibilities
- Taking incoming calls – No outbound
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Setting up new insurance policies
- Renew policies for clients
- Dealing with queries
- Inputting and updating data
- Manage your own diary
